Who can recommend a laser pointer that can drive a dog?

Here are the test results provided by laser pointer users:

User#01:
The dog doesn’t mind the glare or the laser torch. There are a lot of wild cats downstairs in my house. The night mating screams make me sleep badly. I use 200MW green laser pens to direct exposure their eyes, and those wild cats do not react or run.
User#02:
With 1W Blue laser pointer, the dog runs at sight and doesn’t hurt his glasses, which frightens him away.
User#03:
A bright flashlight doesn’t make dog dizzy. I tried. On the contrary, dogs will attack you.
